Richard Holt graced the subway once again with his Words & Pictures solo show in July. Richard created a series of narrative-style works in complementary mediums including digital photography, painting, drawing and text. Richard is a founder of Platform and is now Urban Art Officer for the City of Port Phillip.

Ash Keating made a guest reappearance at Platform in July with his latest advertising monster moving into the Vitrine window. Ash hijacked rolls of printed vinyl window dressing to redress the subway cabinet in a reflective ad-jack. Check Ash's profile at Dianne Tanzer Gallery.

Bethany J Fellows raised the bar on performance art (or at least shoved it sideways) with her taco-fest at Platform on Thursday 5 July. Bethany presented the event to accompany her drawings at Majorca Building (on show throughout July). Driven to distraction by dreams and images of actress Helen Hunt, Bethany continued her notorious celebrity face off by throwing 97 freshly made tacos at a huge photo of the academy award winner. For more information about this and other pieces by Bethany J Fellows see her blog.
